We would like you to think of us as a casual European neighborhood Bistro. You will find cuisine that is typical to Spain, Italy, France, Greece and quite possibly several other countries on the European continent. We pay close attention to classic techniques and execution while creating clean traditional flavors.
At 35th Street Bistro, we are committed to serving only the best and freshest ingredients available. While we strive to make our menus sourced as locally as possible (100 mile radius), quality is always our main priority. We believe strongly in animal compassion and pay close attention to the origin, production and/or treatment of every item that enters our kitchen.
